Indian meal plans solved to your numbers
Pick a plan of real dishes and Bodyvault fits the portions to your calories and protein every day, then lets you log each meal as planned with one tap.
Plans that look like what you eat
Choose the food you like and the rules you keep:
- Cuisine: North Indian, South Indian, an Indian mix, or other cuisines from around the world.
- Diet: everything, vegetarian, vegetarian with eggs, vegan, pescatarian, Jain or halal-friendly, and high-protein or low-carb versions.
- Rhythm: three or more meals a day, or a 16:8 eating window.
- Your rules: no beef, no pork, no onion or garlic, allergies, and foods you don’t like.
- Vegetarian days: pick the weekdays you keep vegetarian, and those days’ meals have no meat, fish or eggs.
Fitted to your numbers
Your calorie and protein targets come from your body, your goal and your training. Each day the plan scales its portions to hit them. If you follow a Bodyvault training plan, training days get a little more carbohydrate and rest days a little less. Every plan shows its cost level, cooking time and allergens before you choose it.
Log as planned, or swap
Ate what the plan said? Log it with one tap. Ate something else? Log what you actually ate instead. Behind on protein in the evening? Bodyvault suggests dishes that close the gap.

Questions
Can I get a high-protein vegetarian Indian plan?
Yes. Choose a vegetarian or vegetarian-with-eggs plan with high protein, and the plan leans on paneer, dals, curd, soya and eggs to reach your target. See how much protein is in paneer.
Do plans work on fasting days?
You can keep chosen weekdays vegetarian. Vrat foods such as sabudana khichdi and makhana are in the food database for logging. See Navratri fasting food and calories.
Are the plans made by AI?
No. Plans are built from tested templates of real recipes, and a solver fits the portions to your targets. The nutrition comes from the food database.
