Daily check-in on Apple Watch asking how you are feeling

Understand

Insights that learn your own patterns

A 10-second daily check-in on your phone or watch tells Bodyvault how you feel. Over time it connects that with your sleep, training and food, and points out what seems to help you, based on your own data rather than averages.

  • Daily check-ins on iPhone and Apple Watch
  • Readiness from sleep, heart rate and training load
  • Findings you can act on, with the numbers behind them
Bodyvault Health tab with labs, supplements and glucose

Health

  • Lab results with trends over time
  • Supplement and medication reminders
  • Cycle-aware training (optional)
Ask Coach answering a question about training

Ask

A private coach on your iPhone

Ask Coach answers questions about your training, food and recovery using Apple Intelligence, which runs on your iPhone. If you prefer, you can bring your own AI provider key instead. Your conversations are never sent to Bodyvault.

  • On-device with Apple Intelligence
  • Optional: bring your own AI key
  • Knows your plan, logs and goals
Connecting Claude or ChatGPT to Bodyvault

Connect

Use Claude or ChatGPT with your data

Research Program members can connect Claude or ChatGPT to the data they share, then ask things like "how has my bench press progressed?". It is off until you connect an assistant yourself, and you can revoke it any time.

  • Read only, or read and add entries
  • New entries go to your iPhone for review
  • Revoke with one tap

Apple Watch

See readiness, calories and macros, steps, your rest timer and more at a glance, and log sets or check in without taking out your phone. Apple Watch is optional.

Private by design

No accounts, no ads and no trackers. Not in the app and not on this page.

Your data lives on your iPhone

Workouts, food, health data and check-ins are stored on your iPhone and encrypted by iOS. Bodyvault has no accounts and no cloud copy of your data.

Research is opt-in

The Research Program is optional. Members share a copy of their app data, linked to a random ID and never to their name, email or Apple ID. It is never sold or used for ads.

Leave any time

Leave in Settings → Research Program. Sharing stops immediately, and the data you already shared is anonymised so it can't be linked back to you.

Read the privacy policy and the full Research Program terms.

Questions

What do I need?

An iPhone with iOS 26 or later. An Apple Watch is optional and needs watchOS 26 or later. Apple Intelligence is optional too: it powers the on-device coach on iPhones that support it, and everything else works without it. You can also use your own AI provider key instead.

How does TestFlight work?

TestFlight is Apple's app for testing apps before they are released. Install TestFlight from the App Store, open your Bodyvault invite link on your iPhone and tap Accept, then Install. New beta builds arrive through TestFlight, and it tells you when an update is ready.

Is it free?

Yes. The beta is free, and every Pro feature is unlocked while you are a member of the Research Program. There is nothing to pay and no card to enter.

What is shared, and with whom?

If you keep the Research Program on, a copy of your Bodyvault data (for example workouts, food logs, health data imported from Apple Health and check-ins) goes to Bodyvault's own servers, linked to a random participant ID. Your name, email, Apple ID, photos, Ask Coach conversations and precise location are never shared. Only the Bodyvault team can see the data, and it is never sold. The details you enter on this page are stored separately and are not linked to your app data. See the full list.

Is Bodyvault a medical app?

No. Bodyvault is a wellness app for training, nutrition and recovery. It does not diagnose or treat anything. For medical questions, talk to a doctor.

How do I leave?

To stop sharing, leave in the app under Settings → Research Program. Your shared data is then anonymised. To leave the beta, delete Bodyvault or remove it in TestFlight. To delete your sign-up details, email [email protected].
